Floppy Disks, CDs or Zip Disks Email Attachments (Under 6 Megabytes)
NEVER SEND ORIGINAL DISKS. ALWAYS KEEP A COPY. DISKS CAN BE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.

The Basics:

For Documents Send
   All page layout files and all linked    image files.
   All fonts used in document and in    linked files.
   Full color printed hard copy or    faxed copy.
   PLEASE FAX A HARD COPY IF FILE IS    EMAILED.

For Logos Send
   B&W: A good quality B&W print, or
   1200 dpi electronic file.
   Four Color: 300 dpi CMYK    electronic file.
   Spot Color: Illustrator .eps files    using PMS colors.
   DO NOT SAVE SPOT COLOR FILES AS
   CMYK.
   Grayscale: 300 dpi grayscale    electronic file.
   Scan originals at the anticipated    print size or larger. Save scanned    images as .tif, .eps, or .jpg    formats.

Digital Photography
   300 dpi CMYK electronic file.
   Save images as .tif, .eps, or .jpg
formats.
   HIGHER RESOLUTION WILL PRINT A    HIGHER QUALITY PHOTO

Word documents may require us to contact you and may incur additional charges.
   Embed your fonts: Open Tools
   – Select Options
   – Choose Save tab
   – Check Embed TrueType Fonts    box.
   Imported images should be at    least 300 dpi.
